The most exiting female Swing Dancer of the 20th Century!! Norma grew up next to the Savoy Ballroom in New York City, the hottest and original place for the Lindy Hop Dancers, where she got into show business already at age 15. In 1935 she joined a group of the most talented dancers called Whitey’s Lindy Hoppers that performed all over the world, introducing the world to Swing and Lindy Hop Dancing. The groups choreographer and innovator was the legendary Frankie Manning. Their show was so DAZZLING that soon they appeared in some of the great classic legendary movies "Day at the Races", "Cottontail" and "Hellzapoppin’ ". Her dancing career continued as she later formed "Norma Miller Dancers" continuing her great work into the 1960s. Now Norma is active as a comedienne in Las Vegas and finished her book Swingin’ at the Savoy, in which she shares fascinating anecdotes about her youthful encounters with many of the great Jazz legends in music history including Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Duke Ellington and Billy Holiday.
